Privacy notice.
The short version: we only collect what you send us, we only use it to deal with your request, and we don’t sell it.
What you send us
When you use the request form or email us, we receive the details you choose to give us. That usually means your name, email address, ZIP code, a description of the job, and any photos or notes you send.
This website doesn’t use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash, which means those services receive your browser’s standard technical information (such as your IP address) when the page loads.
How the request form sends your details
Depending on how the form is set up, your request is either handed to your own email app, ready for you to send to info@mkrepairco.com, or delivered to us through a form-handling service. Either way, it only goes to MK Repair Co.
If you tick items on the maintenance checklist, they are kept in your browser for the current session so they can be added to your request. They are not sent anywhere until you send the request yourself.
What it’s used for
- To reply to your request and ask any questions we need answered
- To price, plan and carry out the work you agree to
- To keep a record of work done, including photos, for you and for us
We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t use them for marketing you didn’t ask for.
Tenants and third parties
If a landlord or property manager gives us a tenant’s contact details, we use them only to arrange access for the job in question.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep job records for as long as they’re useful for the work and for our own records. If you’d like your details removed, ask and we’ll delete what we’re not required to keep.

Email info@mkrepairco.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
